The professional melting gun has been specifically developed for long-term use in specialist woodworking stores and is ideal for melting IF-139 Plus industrial Filler and Knot Filler. It guarantees precise and reliable work without dripping, even after many hours of operation. The flexible temperature adjustment with thermostat allows the melting temperature to be adapted to different melting rod products. This achieves optimum viscosity of the filling material, which in turn ensures the best, long-lasting repair results. The option of suspension on a spring balancer enables an optimum working process to suit the requirements of the trade. The professional hot glue gun is supplied with a nozzle (3.0 mm) and a screwdriver for adjusting the thermostat.

Recommended temperature setting for repairs with König melting rods: Knot Filler: 160°C - 180°C, IF-139 Plus: 180°C.

Tips and instructions for use:
Always store the gun upright during operation or hang it up with the eyelet on a spring balancer. This ensures that the melting chamber inside the gun does not stick together and therefore does not cause any application problems. Holding the melter: Never work with the melting gun upside down!
The gun should be pointed downwards during insertion. Only by applying pressure to the melting rod is it possible to work upside down for short periods without risking the mechanism to take damage.

Caution!
Never lay the appliance down on its side when it is hot. Filling material may escape in an uncontrolled manner. Risk of burns! Filler residue in the melting chamber must never be removed by force (e.g. with a scraper or screwdriver). This can damage the inner lining of the melting chamber. Never remove cooled filler rods by force (e.g. with pliers). Never pull the old filler rod out of the appliance. This can damage the transport mechanism.
